Our homes are called Smarthomes and Smartcottages, built using lightweight steel frames. Interior walls are cladded with 15mm Rhinoboard (firestop or moisture resistance), exterior walls cladded with Glasroc X external wall system. Walls and ceilings are insulated. Our building system complies with SANS517. We are registered members of the NHBRC. We do offer bank finance, building loans and homes insurance through our partnership and collaboration with African bank and Sanlam.
